This selective exhibition in the Wilson Gallery of the Oxmarket Centre of Arts, Chichester was designed to give exposure to a particular part of the creative output of the Dell Quay Artists Collective. Indeed, the quality that united these works was their size: they are all 'small' at least in their dimensions!
We have all held solo and collaborative exhibitions, some have won prizes, and all have sold work. Much of the work showcased in these earlier exhibitions has been of a rather larger scale ranging from domestic to gallery scale pieces. However, along the way we have nonetheless accumulated smaller works, more than sketches, but maybe not quite major works!
We felt they deserved wall space once in a while. The result, brought together in this exhibition was an eclectic collection of work varying in style, medium and subject, but engaging nonetheless.
